Notice: Individual-Agency Provider Rate Medicaid State Plan Amendment 21-0005 Public Notice is now available online.

Description: The Health Care Authority (HCA) and the Aging and Long-Term Support Administration (ALTSA) in the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) intend to submit Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 21-0005 in order to increase the reimbursement rates for Individual Providers and Agency Providers.
