HCA announces primary care stakeholder survey

The Health Care Authority (HCA) invites you to respond to the primary care stakeholder survey by June, 15. The purpose of this survey is to gather provider and other stakeholder input on proposed provider accountabilities under the WA Multi-payer Primary Care Transformation Model. Feedback from this survey will be combined with payer input to build out an overall framework of accountabilities for both providers and payers under the Model. Please note: while payment to providers is a component of the Model, it is not the focus of this survey.

The proposed accountabilities outline provides capacities for successful implementation of the WA Multi-payer Primary Care Transformation Model. Specifically, the survey asks for input on:

  • Your level of support for the specific proposed accountabilities
  • What providers will need to successfully implement each accountability
  • How each accountability should be monitored to measure progress under the Model

It will likely take you 20-30 minutes to complete the survey. We recommend you familiarize yourself with both the Model briefing paper and the proposed accountabilities before you start or complete the survey.

Your input is crucial to the development of a better primary care model for Washington. Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey.

If you encounter any difficulty with the survey, please email HCA
