Notice: CFC Tribal Adult Family Homes Medicaid State Plan Amendment Public Notice 23-0001 is now available online.

Description: HCA and DSHS intend to submit State Plan Amendment 23-0001 to incorporate Tribal Adult Family Homes (AFHs) as Medicaid providers of the Community First Choice (CFC) program. RCW 70.128.122 recognizes that AFHs located within the boundaries of a federally recognized tribal lands may be licensed by an Indian tribe. To provide CFC services, Tribal AFHs will meet the state AFH licensing requirements.
