Calls starting for Apple Health Client Survey

Washington State Department of Social and Health Services’ (DSHS) Research and Data Analysis (RDA) team is surveying more than 1,200 clients for their biennial Client Survey.

• The survey will run from now through April 2023.
• Calls will be made to social and health services clients receiving benefits from:
  • Health Care Authority (HCA),
  • Department of Children, Youth, and Families, and/or
  • Department of Social and Health Services
• Surveyed clients will receive a letter prior to the phone call asking for participation.

Apple Health (Medicaid) clients may receive a phone call asking them to participate in the client survey. HCA uses the results from the survey to us measure Apple Health client satisfaction and recommendations for change.
