Shared Decision Making Summit

The Shared Decision Making Summit is a forum in which policymakers, payers, and health care organizations work together to advance implementation of shared decision making (SDM) strategies. These strategies will help patients, families, and caregivers make informed decisions about a patient’s health together with their clinicians.
