What is an online account, and why should I have one?

An online account allows you access to certain services online. See the account links on this page for descriptions of what you can find and do on each online account offered. In many cases, you can also call if you prefer. Visit the Contact UMP page for phone numbers.

How do I get an online account?

To register for an online account, you'll need to enter some information online to identify yourself. It's a good idea to have your UMP ID card on hand in case you need some of that information. Keep track of your usernames and passwords.

Who can have an online account?

Generally, anyone enrolled who is age 13 and older may register for an online account. One exception is PEBB's MyAccount, which is available only to the subscriber (the employee or retiree enrolled in medical coverage). Note that adult members may not see full details about claims for dependents age 13 and older due to privacy laws. To access those details online, the dependent must create their own account and give the subscriber permission to view their claims details from the subscriber's account.
