This position is responsible for oversight of all PPM vendor contracts and provides support to the account managers responsible for each contract. In addition, the Director will use their health care expertise and extensive clinical background to shape decisions. The incumbent will provide direct account management for all PPM Clinical Programs such as disease management and bariatric surgery. Manage up to six direct reports at varying levels of responsibility.&#160;&#160;Current Washington licensed RN or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum of five years working in an evidence based medical environment in leadership roles.Knowledge and understanding of the health care process including activities such as coding, claims, pre-authorization, medical review, and provider contracting.Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and presentation.Minimum of two years working with or in the public sector.Ability to deploy good judgment.Confident decision maker with strong skill and ability to make difficult decisions quickly and methodically.Strong leadership qualities,&#160;Three years of health plan experience.Undergraduate degree in a clinical or health related field.Contract or account management experience with vendors, writing or responding to RFP's, contract's, holding vendors accountable, etc.Experience reviewing, auditing, and analyzing health plan data or other types of health or medical information.</description>

        <description>Plan, execute, and finalize agency projects which support critical agency strategy and initiatives. This position will coordinate the work of others while ensuring quality control throughout the lifecycle of a project. This pivotal leadership position will report to agency executives and be accountable for guiding them to key decision-making where there are few prescribed or established approaches. Additionally, the position will assist in the development of policy around the completion of the assigned project or program development effort. The project delivery manager is critical to the achievement of the agency's mission of providing access to high, quality health insurance.Two years experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects as the prime or co-project manager.
