Basic Health (Health Care Authority) and Healthy Options (Department of Social and Health Services) are working on a joint procurement project to create the most innovative, person-centered, and cost effective managed health care system in the country.
Mission
The mission of the managed care procurement team is to execute a thoughtful, comprehensive procurement that results in managed care contracts that will provide an innovative, person-centered and cost effective health care delivery system that provides a solid foundation for a seamless transition into Health Care Reform in 2014.
