Provider Education - Rewards Knowledge
Washington State Medicaid wants to reward those who have used available self-service tools. Successfully complete the below P.E.R.K. training and when calling the Medical Assistance Customer Service center receive priority in the calling queue.
The new pilot program is called P.E.R.K. or Provider Education - Rewards Knowledge.
Completion of the program will allow providers to qualify for shorter wait times on the Customer Service phone line.
Providers will be asked to complete a short self service education course and upon graduation their NPI number and name of person completing training will be recorded in our call center system. When the provider cannot figure out their problem using the tools supplied by the Agency and calls the Customer Service Center their call will be expedited.
