Before you can enroll into a managed care program, you must apply for services.

  • Apple Health (Managed Care)
    (previously Healthy Options) It is a medical program that provides no cost health care services for people on Medicaid or receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF).
  • Apple Health for Kids/Children's Health InsuranceProgram
    A Washington State initiative aimed at streamlining applications for children's health care coverage. Many Washington children are still uncovered, even though they are eligible. Their parents just don't know the coverage is available. Don't make that mistake. Health care coverage doesn't just help when your children are sick. It also covers preventative care like immunizations, physical exams, and even dental check-ups.
  • Washington Medicaid Integration Partnership
    (WMIP) is a pilot medical program for adult Medicaid clients who receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or SSI related program benefits and reside in Snohomish County. Only available in Snohomish County.
  • Patient Review and Coordination
    (PRC) is a program only for clients on Restriction programs. If you have been placed on restriction, this program will manage your care for you.
