Public or educational employees/retirees are currently employed by or retired from a:

• State agency;
• Higher-education institution;
• Participating K-12 school districts (a retiree from any Washington State public school district is eligible);
• Educational service district; or
• Participating employer group (ports, commissions, etc.).

Basic Health members are:

• Washington State residents only;
• Not eligible for free or purchased Medicare; and
• Qualified for Basic Health's income guidelines.
