Partners

Public and private organizations are driving a number of health information technology (HIT) projects and initiatives. This work includes federal and state programs to improve health care outcomes or enhance efficiency, as well as the businesses, nonprofits and government entities coordinating and collaborating on HIT efforts. OneHealthPort (OHP)

HCA contracts with OHP to lead development and implementation of the state's Health Information Exchange.

The Washington State Department of Health (DOH)

DOH has the capability to electronically receive the following data, including data meeting the applicable Electronic Health Record (EHR) Incentive Program Meaningful Use standards and specifications:

  • Laboratory results for reportable conditions
  • Immunizations
  • Syndromic surveillance
  • Cancer data
  • Controlled substances
